The rules outside the score sheet: what you can expect from the site, and what the site expects from you.

Yam's App is a Yam's (Yahtzee) score sheet and dice game, offered free of charge by a private individual, for leisure purposes (see the legal notice). By using the site or the Android app, you accept these terms.
The service is provided as is, with no subscription, no commitment and no payment.
An account is optional. It is opened with a Google account or an email address, and is used to save your games, follow you from device to device, and take part in ranked challenges.
In ranked challenges, the nickname you type is displayed publicly next to your score. In a game with friends and family, player names are visible to the participants.
The following are not allowed:
A piece of advice rather than a rule: a nickname stays on display for a long time, and the weekly standings form a lasting roll of honour. A first name, a nickname or a made-up word is plenty.
Ranked challenges rest on trust: the dice are rolled on your device. Modifying the game, using a program that plays for you, and any manipulation aimed at declaring a score that was not actually played, are therefore prohibited.
How Weekly Challenge games unfolded is recorded and reviewed before medals are awarded. A score that does not match the dice obtained is removed from the standings.
Also prohibited: disrupting the service (overloading it, automated requests), attempting to reach other players' data, and reusing the site's content beyond what the legal notice allows.
If the rules above are broken, the following measures may be taken, in proportion to what happened:
These decisions are taken by a person, never automatically: there is no automatic filter and no algorithmic ranking of content on this site. The only automatic processing applied to nicknames is technical — removing invisible or distorting characters that would break the layout of the table.
If a measure concerns you and you have left an email address, you are told about it, with the reason. You can challenge it by simply replying: the decision is reviewed, and reversed if it was unfounded.
To report an abusive nickname, an impersonation, a clearly faked score or any unlawful content, write to contact@theyamsapp.com.
So that it can be acted on, please state:
Every report gets an answer: what was decided, and why. Reports are handled as quickly as possible — this site is run by one person, so allow a few days. Manifestly unlawful content is removed as soon as it is seen.
You can stop using the service at any time, without asking anyone.
Deleting the account is done from the game: Settings → Account → Delete my account. The page Delete my account sets out what is erased, what remains, and how to ask for a line to be removed from the standings.
The service is offered free of charge and as is. It may be interrupted, changed or shut down, including without notice — for instance during an update, a failure at the host, or a change at a supplier.
No guarantee is given as to the absence of errors, the continuity of the service or the preservation of data. Your local games live in your browser: erasing them, switching devices or clearing the site's data makes them disappear. Signing in to an account is the only way to keep them safe.
The publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damage arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.
How your personal data is handled is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
These terms may change along with the site. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting the version in force.
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the French courts have jurisdiction. For any question about your data, you may also contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
